Waiting Period and Communication
After the buffer time, your driver will wait for an additional 60 minutes at the designated spot. If for any reason there’s a delay on your end, the driver will attempt to contact you and inform you of any potential waiting charges. Hence, providing a functional phone number during booking is essential to ensure smooth communication.
In Case of No Contact
If, by any chance, the driver is unable to establish contact after the 60-minute waiting period, they will, unfortunately, need to leave the airport. It’s crucial to keep your phone accessible to avoid any inconvenience.
